What To Expect

Worship Style
Through a 60-voice choir, orchestra and dynamic praise team you’ll experience an amazing time of worship directed to God Himself. The Mercy Music Ministry seeks to lead and facilitate a worshipful environment for those who are in attendance each week.

Service Times
Gathering together for a time of worshipping God is the highlight of the week at Mercy Crossing. If you are new to the area, traveling or looking for a church home we encourage you to be our guest.

Sunday morning service is at 10:30 a.m.
Sunday School classes meet prior to service at 9:30 a.m.

Wednesday Adult Bible Study, choir practice and children's identity groups all meet at 7:00 p.m.

Pastor Poe
Pastor Jackie Poe is one of the most  energetic and passionate ministers of God's Word today. Pastor Poe proclaims the Bible with boldness, humor and real-life application. His messages are relevant to today's changing culture, but the message of the Gospel never changes.

What should I wear?
At Mercy Crossing we encourage you to come as you are.  In case you are wondering, most people attend wearing casual attire. Don't be surprised if you see very few suits and ties, as well as quite a few people wearing jeans. God sees our heart and that's what He cares about; it's not about the style of clothing we choose.

What about my kids?
Childcare is provided for children 3 months to 36 months at Mercy Crossing on Sundays and Wednesday evenings. Children three and older are encouraged to attend Diverse City Children’s Ministries on Sunday mornings at 10:30 and the specialized identity groups offered for them on Wednesday’s from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. We offer a safe environment and secure facility with a check-in/check-out system in place and ushers who monitor the hallways during service times.
